• Brandigence is not responsible in case of Visa is rejected/delayed by the Emigration of UAE and the visa fee is Non-Refundable in any case.
• All visitors should have a passport valid for a minimum period of six months.
• Overstaying in UAE your visa will result in fines and detentions.
• The Embassy/ Immigration of UAE recommends all their eligible applicants strictly follow the Rules and Regulations in order to avoid any delay.
• Since the visa policy is being monitored by the UAE authorities, therefore, the instructions provided by the Embassy are subject to change without any prior notification.
• We have no influence over whether or not a visa application will be approved or rejected, or how long it will take to process.
• Visa applications may take longer than usual to process; the immigration department alone is responsible.
• On a case-by-case basis, Immigration or Brandigence may request further papers.
• Prices are accurate as of publication but are liable to change at any time without prior notice.
• Only after the verification of all necessary documentation and full payment will visa applications be processed.
• The applicant is responsible for covering any additional costs, such as document courier, photo development, attestation, etc.
• The upper limit for an over-aged passenger is 75 years. Any applicant between 70-75 years must be accompanied by their immediate family member. All applicants above the age of 75 cannot be processed.
• If your Dubai tourist visa is used for any other reason, you are answerable in a court of law.
